The epithet are a very good help to boost your attributes and give you some special bonus. I suggest you to get the better one you can, but you choice will depend of you role and what you doing of course (PVE / PVP / Boss..).
Epithet list and index :
- Clan Epithet : You can get max 1 of them. You can get this went you join clan or complete Quest "Road to Dragons"
- Quest Epithet : You can get max 50 of them. You can get this went you complete some Quest
- Heroic Epithet : Considered as Quest Epithet. You have to be the 1rst in the ranking of Heroic Quest
- Conqueror Epithet : You can get max only 20 of them. You can get this went you enter some Dungeon
- Killer Epithet : You can get max only 30 of them. You can get this went you kill some boss
- "Event Epithet" : Those epithet are in the other section, but not all people can get them as they come from an event, i put them in another section for that reason.
